Over het traineeship
Ons traineeship start maandelijks met een select groepje van maximaal 10 starters. Het programma duurt drie tot vijf maanden en bevat:
- Functionele en technische training (o.a. SAP, Agile, Scrum).
- Methodieken om processen te optimaliseren en bedrijven verder te helpen.
- Ontwikkeling van soft skills en consultancyvaardigheden; denk aan effectief communiceren en het oplossen van conflicten.
- Match making met jouw droomwerkgever.
Het Traineeship iets voor jou?
Dit traineeship is geschikt voor jou als je je HBO/WO bachelor- of masterdiploma hebt behaald. We zoeken talenten met een bedrijfskundige, financiële, Human Recource, logistieke, organisatorische of IT-gerelateerde achtergrond. Een specifieke IT-achtergrond is niet nodig – dat leren wij je. Belangrijk is dat je nieuwsgierig bent en klaar om meters te maken.

About the traineeship

Is the Traineeship right for you?
This traineeship is suitable for you if you have completed a bachelor's or master's degree. We are looking for talented individuals with a background in business administration, finance, human resources, logistics, operations, or IT. A specific IT background is not necessary—we will teach you that. It is important that you are curious and ready to make progress.
